I believe that the property industry has always been an integral part of my life and character. From a young age, I was surrounded by family members engaged in architecture, design, and construction. My interest was piqued by magazines and visits to our newly built properties during their construction phase, leading me to create my first interior design for one of those properties when I was merely 16 years old.
Since then, I have consistently found myself involved in the property industry, engaging in activities such as renovating, selling, and even purchasing properties.
I continue to pursue my education as a member of Propertymark, expanding my knowledge through the British Academy of Interior Design.
I have served as a Corporate Property Coordinator, managing a substantial portfolio of 300 properties. I later transitioned to a company that specializes in buying, renovating, and letting properties. In my capacity as a Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager, I was tasked with updating landlords and addressing tenant inquiries for a large portfolio. Following this experience, I worked for a mid-sized company as an Assistant Lettings Manager, where I advised clients on property laws, assisted them in maintaining their properties, sourced excellent tenants, and ensured compliance. I possess a profound appreciation for architecture and interior design, having achieved significant success in this field. My extensive experience as a long-term landlord and short-term (Airbnb) host, combined with my time as a tenant, provides me with a comprehensive understanding of the property market, allowing me to empathize with and relate to all parties involved.
After gaining recent experience in block management within a smaller London portfolio, I decided to leverage my extensive knowledge of the property industry to establish my own company and serve within the industry.
